Former President Jacob Zuma faces charges of corruption, money laundering and racketeering.
Apparently, the criminal charges against him will be reinstated.
The ANC has called upon South Africans to let the case be prosecuted without hindering, they claim that he is innocent until proven otherwise.
Shaun Abrahams, National Director of Public Prosecutions, announced that NPA would go ahead with the prosecution of the former president. He faces 16 charges in total.
The ANC pleads with South Africans to presume all to be equal before the law, including Jacob Zuma.
INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY!!
but really, do we all think that this case will be conducted like any other case there has ever been?
